Time Bar - Outdoor Bars

Time Bar supplies a bespoke Outdoor Events Bar for Corporate, Wedding or Birthday Functions

Often the bar at an event is an after thought of the caterers, sometimes using college students as bartenders who don’t know a Daiquiri from a Datsun! Here at Time we have over 10 years of drinks making experience and can provide professionally trained bartenders with quality brands for your special day. We can offer fully paid or pay bar packages to suit your needs using the correct glassware and products. Let us know your likes and dislikes, and we’ll come up with something thats totally unique to you.

Example Packages:

PACKAGE ONE

We will supply you with a bar, all glassware, all the equipment, and our trained cocktail staff.....all you have to do is supply the alcohol. Typical pricing would be £500 for the bar, £250 for 1 bartender, £150 for every one after that, and £100 for our glassware. We take care of all the rubbish too, so in the morning you wouldn’t even know we’d been....apart from the hangover.

PACKAGE TWO

We supply you with everything you need for the bar at your event. Let us know what drinks you would like serving, and we’ll take care of the rest. Our typical prices are: Cocktail packages from £5 per person, kegs of beer from £120, bottles of wine from £12, bottles of spirits from £40. Tell us a theme, or what you like, and we’ll make you your own custom cocktail list for your event.

PACKAGE THREE

If you want to impress your friends, or just want to keep up with those pesky Jones’s, then this is the one for you. Again we’ll bring everything you’ll need for your bash, along with a lot more of a comprehensive range of liqueurs, and spirits. Fancy an ice luge, or jagermeister machine? ..... Well no probs, nothing is too much to ask for with this package! Prices start from £30 per person............ thats cheaper than a good night out!
